COSTS AND PAYMENT INFORMATION OF THE LOCATION OF GTM EBENHAEZER
MAKASSAR AFTER MEASURED BY BADAN PERTANAHAN NASIONAL MAKASSAR:
Total settlement costs of location GTM Ebenhaezer according to the measurement result which implemented by Badan Pertanahan Nasional Makassar on 21 August 2014 which is covering an area of 1,262 m2 with a price of Rp. 3.500.000, - (three million five hundred thousand rupiahs) per meter-square is Rp. 4.417.000.000, - (four billion four hundred and seventeen million rupiahs), plus the costs of taxes, Notary / PPAT, PPH, BPHTB and other costs. So the total cost required is Rp. 5.000.000.000, - (five billion dollars)
The final agreement to settle the payment is within 7 (seven) days after the notification from the Notary received by GTM Ebenhaezer, with the total according to the measurement result implemented by Badan Pertanahan Nasional Makassar, which is done upon the detached-certificate issued
